PORTAGEVILLE, Mo. — Paul Wesley Phillips, 94, died Nov. 2, 2021, at the Portageville Nursing Center.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. Thursday at the First Church of God with the Rev. David Dittman officiating.
Burial will follow in the Portageville Cemetery with DeLisle Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
