PORTAGEVILLE, Mo. — Billy Joe Phillips, 92, died Dec. 14, 2021, at Chaffee Nursing Center.

Visitation is from noon until service time at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 17 at DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville.

Burial will follow in the Portageville Cemetery.
