SPRINGFIELD Mo. — Each semester, students at Missouri State University who attain academic excellence are named to the dean’s list.

For undergraduate students criteria include enrollment in at least 12 credit hours during the fall semester and at least a 3.50 grade point average (on a 4.00 scale).

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — A total of 11,979 students enrolled during the fall 2021 term at The University of Alabama were named to the dean’s list with an academic record of 3.5 (or above) or the president’s list with an academic record of 4.0 (all A’s).

Locally, Chloe Dumey of Benton and Emily Limbaugh of Sikeston were named to the dean’s list.

PADUCAH, Ky. — More than 500 students were recently named to the Dean’s List for the Fall 2021 semester at West Kentucky Community and Technical College (WKCTC). The semester ended on December 10, 2021. To be named to the Dean’s List, a student must be a full-time WKCTC student earning at least a 3.5 grade point average (GPA) and successfully completing 12 hours or more of course work numbered 100 or above for the academic term.

CHICAGO — Caroline Heckemeyer of Sikeston was named to the Dean’s List of the College of Arts and Sciences at Loyola University Chicago.

Fontbonne University

ST. LOUIS, Mo. — Sikeston, Missouri, native Cherei Jones, a full-time undergraduate student majoring in business administration at Fontbonne University in St. Louis, was named to the fall dean’s list.

Dean’s list honorees must earn a grade-point average of 3.7 or higher upon completion of the semester. More than 230 students appear on the fall 2021 dean’s list.
