WHITE HALL, Ark. — James Foster Davis, age 81, of White Hall went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2022. He was born Dec. 31, 1940 in Dexter, Missouri, to the late Robert and Ruby Davis. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jack Irving, his step father, Theodore Dockins and his great-grandchildren, Chloe Tess and Logan Parker. Mr. Davis was a retired United States Air Force veteran serving during the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War. He was an ordained Baptist Minister. He worked as a therapist and psychological examiner and was a certified math teacher. He was currently employed with Millcreek of Arkansas.

He is survived by his loving wife, Jane Davis; his children, Pamela Little, Terry Davis, Danyella Miller (Blaine Hackworth), David Pierce (Kenneth); siblings, Richard Davis and Larry Davis (Gwen); and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 27, 2022, at Buie Funeral Home in Rison, Arkansas. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
