Biden is confusing

Biden has really confused me. He stopped letting us produce our own oil to where we’d have to buy it from Russia, yet he sends aid to Ukraine to fight against Russia. Doesn’t make sense.

If they start banning abortion does that mean that they can start sterilizing men that commit sexual assault on women?
