Anyone seeing Lois Ladnier, pictured, or having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Sikeston Department of Public Safety at 573-471-4711.

**UPDATE as of 2:44 p.m. Friday: Missing woman has been safely located, according to Highway Patrol.**

SIKESTON — An Endangered Silver Advisory has been issued for a woman last seen Thursday at a grocery store in Sikeston.

The Sikeston Department of Public Safety on Friday issued an Endangered Silver Advisory for Myrtle Lois Ladnier, 64, who was last was last seen at 4:30 p.m. Thursday outside of Food Giant, 700 N. Main St., in Sikeston.

Ladnier has possible has onset of dementia and difficulty walking, according to the advisory. She may be uncooperative and is without required medication or a cell phone. Her diagnosed medical conditions include: COPD, high blood pressure and anxiety, the advisory said.
