CHARLESTON, Mo. — Donna Marie Neff Weakley, 64, died Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2022, at her home in Charleston. She was born Sept. 27, 1957, at St. Louis, to Willard and Shirley Ann Neff. Donna grew up in St. Louis and was a 1976 graduate of Riverview High School in St. Louis County. She then became employed with the McDonalds Corporation and was sent to Charleston to open the original McDonalds location where she remained until her retirement...

CHARLESTON, Mo. — Donna Marie Neff Weakley, 64, died Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2022, at her home in Charleston.

She was born Sept. 27, 1957, at St. Louis, to Willard and Shirley Ann Neff. Donna grew up in St. Louis and was a 1976 graduate of Riverview High School in St. Louis County. She then became employed with the McDonalds Corporation and was sent to Charleston to open the original McDonalds location where she remained until her retirement.

In 1988, she married Charles Larry Weakley, who preceded her in death on Aug. 18, 1999.

Surviving are is her longtime friend and companion, Gary Gunter of the home in Charleston; her brothers, Eric Neff, Steven Neff and Charles Neff, as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Lisa Neff.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until time memorial services at 11 a.m., Friday, Aug. 19, 2022, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.

Interment will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery near Charleston under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home of Charleston.
