I have questions about the new splash pad in Lincoln Park. First of all, who paid the $140,000 for it? Also, what does it cost per month for the water bill? And number three, do these people help me with my water bill since you’ve got a $140,000 for this, I need help with my water bill? What is a splash pad? I’ve never heard of it before. $140,000?
