Sikeston Cultural Update for October 2022
Sikeston Depot Museum & Cultural Center
Guest Artist: Colyn Webbenmeyer Sept. 7- Oct. 29, 2022
Artist Statement: I found my love of painting with Acrylic during Covid March of 2020. Little did I know how amazing painting could be. I discovered the love I so longed for during March 2020. The bright vivid colors and the play on light was exquisite! I cannot describe the satisfaction I feel when I share a new painting with others. I have been asked, “Which painting is my favorite?” My answer is, “My next paint.”
The Sikeston Depot Museum & Cultural Center is always looking for volunteers. If you are interested assisting the Depot in any capacity, please contact the Depot at 573-481-9967.
