SAN ANTONIO, Texas — Robert Wayne Downing, 89, died Oct.12, 2022, in Texas.

Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m until service time at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 21 at at DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville, Missouri.

Burial will follow in the Pemiscot Memorial Gardens.
