Retiring Scott County Cerk honored

Scott County Clerk Rita Milam was honored by family, friends, current and former co-workers and citizens during a drop-in reception Saturday, Dec. 3 at the Scott County Courthouse in Benton, Missouri. Milam, who opted not to seek re-election last month, will officially retire Dec. 31 after working 38 years in the Scott County Clerk’s Office. Of those years, she served 27
