DEXTER, Mo. — Charles Timothy Flanigan “Tim” Flanigan, son of Sheila (Carl) Wilson of Sikeston, Missouri, and the late Charles Flanigan was born on June 21, 1967, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and departed his life early Monday morning Dec. 12, 2022, at his residence in Dexter at the age of 55 years.
He was the owner and operator of Tim Flanigan Masonry and CTF Custom Knifes in Dexter. Tim attended the Light House Church in Dexter and for several years if you saw Tim in town he was always accompanied by his German Shepard “RIOT.”
On June 21, 2003, he was united in marriage to Pam Garner in Dexter. Mrs. Flanigan survivors of the home in Dexter.
Besides his wife, Pam, and mother, Sheila (Carl) Wilson, survivors include: four daughters, Elisha (Garrett) Wray of Dexter, Paige Garner and fiance (Emilee Middendorf) of Cape Girardeau, Kelsey (Kyle) Holder of Mississippi and Jessica Flanigan of Dexter; five granddaughters, Merideth Wray, Charlotte Wray, and Keeleigh Flanigan all of Dexter, Kenzie Holder and Kailey Holder both of Mississippi; and one sister, Tamara (Terry) Swain of Millersville, Missouri.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, Dec. 15, 2022, from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. at the Light House Christian Center in Dexter. Memorial service will then be held at 5 p.m. in the Light House Christian Center with Rev. Tim Russell officiating.
