Can’t believe him

President Biden is such an old windbag and liar. You couldn’t believe him if he walked up to you and said hello.

Parking lots, entries should have been cleared

As a business owner, I certainly understand the challenges of clearing parking lots and spaces after a winter storm. The ice we had last week was a particularly difficult task; however, we did get some warning that allowed us to prepare with salt. I had a dear friend in a care facility last week and visited them daily from Wednesday through Friday. I must say I have never seen such little attempt on the part of a community facility to provide safe access as I saw last week on the part of that facility. It was literally impossible to walk into any door without risking life or limb. This continued for three days. I just want to say shame on you for your lack of concern for your community.

Missouri veteran suicide rate higher than national rate

Reportedly, Missouri’s Wounded Warrior suicide rate is quite a bit above the national average.

The following is the earliest statistic we could find on the subject. Missouri’s veteran suicide rate is 43.4 per 100,000 or 188 suicide deaths during 2019, according to data from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Nationally, the rate is 31.6 per 100,000. Only seven states had a higher rate of veteran suicide than Missouri in 2019.
