BELL CITY, Mo. — Burley Wayne McIntyre, age 59, passed away on March 14, 2023, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Missouri.
He was born on Aug. 14, 1963, in Indio, California, to Burley and Janice Jackson McIntyre.
On Aug. 27, 1983, in Oran, Missouri, he married Leslie Hastings McIntyre who survives of the home in Bell City.
He retired from UPS in 2021 after 30 years of service. He worked for Aycorp in Malden, Missouri, until the time of his death.
Burley was a member of Lakeville Masonic Lodge 489 in Bell City, he was a member of Teamsters 688 Local, a member of the Bell City Rotary Club and a member of the Bell City School Board.
In addition to his wife, Leslie, and his parents, Burley McIntyre and Janice Hillman; he is survived by two sons, Zak (Robin) McIntyre of Dayton, Ohio, and Garrett (Katie) McIntyre of Bell City; one brother, Tim and (Elizabeth) McIntyre of Bell City; and four grandchildren, Redic, Sophie, Kailyn and Izzie McIntyre.
A visitation will be held on Friday, March 17, 2023, from 5 p.m. until time of memorial service at 7 p.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston.
