MINER, Mo. — An Iowa woman faces felony charges after an alleged domestic assault at a motel in Miner.
On Saturday, March 18, officers with the Miner Police Department responded to a local motel in reference to a domestic disturbance, according to Miner PD. On arrival, the officers made contact with the victim and suspect. Following an investigation, Beth Ann Much, 37, of Clinton, Iowa, was arrested and charged with the following felonies: first degree domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon, armed criminal action and first degree endangering the welfare of a child.
Much is being held without bond in the Scott County Jail in Benton, Missouri. She is schedule to appear at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 21 in Scott County Court.
