Respecting the national anthem

I saw a short clip on YouTube where a high school football player sang the national anthem. The announcer introduced him and said: “Please remove your hats and raise your right hand to your heart.” You almost never see people removing their hat or raising their hand for the national anthem. Years ago, it was a common tradition and showed respect for our great country.

Voting struggles

I am struggling to vote for an election-denying politician. After years of lawsuits and challenges, they have had no success or proof that any of the 2020 election was rigged or stolen. It is obviously nothing but made-up lies because their candidate lost. If a politician still believes this nonsense, then he-she are just plain stupid, and don’t deserve to be our representatives.
