EAST PRAIRIE, Mo. — Florence Lena “Sissy” Parnell, 84, died June 10, 2023, at the Aspire Senior Living Center in East Prairie.

There is no visitation.

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 15 at the East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery. Mike Johnson will officiate.

Burial will follow under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home of Charleston.
