What is being built?

I see that new construction is going on at the old Southside gas station at the corner location across the street from Lowe’s on South Main Street. Does anyone know who is the builder and what’s being built?

This is the location for a new Take 5 Carwash, according to Barry Blevins, community development director for the City of Sikeston.

What a shame

What a shame. You would have thought there would have been someone at the White House in Washington, D.C., that would have known how to display the American flag properly at the LGBTQ Pride Month Exhibit. Maybe not. Or didn’t know. Or didn’t care, sadly. — A U.S. Army veteran
