BERNIE, Mo. — Jimmy Sloan of Bernie was born on Aug. 21, 1949, in Morehouse, Missouri, to the late Herschell and Margaret (Greer) Sloan. Jimmy passed away in Festus, Missouri, on Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2023, at the age of 74 years, 0 months, 8 days.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Lori Sloan; brothers, Claudie Sloan, Dale Sloan, Edward Sloan; sisters, Mary Peggy Margaret. Jimmy enjoyed mowing, visiting with neighbors and spending time with friends and family.
Survived by: Wife, Sharon Sloan; Sons, Jimmy (Angelia) Sloan, Chris Sloan and Leroy Armbruster; Daughters, Patty Armbruster, Denise Armbruster and Tammy Armbruster; Brothers, Steve (Rhonda) Sloan, Bob (Jackie) Sloan; Sisters, Shirley Sloan and Ann Mullette; 13 Grandchildren and many Great-Grandchildren; Nephews, Nieces; and many friends and family members.
