Dudley man dies in weekend crash

DUDLEY, Mo. — A Dudley man died in a single-vehicle crash Sunday, Sept. 17 in Stoddard County.

According to Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at 11:53 a.m. on Highway WW, three miles north of Dudley, as the northbound semi-truck operated by Noah B. Rushing, 22, of Dudley ran off the right side of the roadway, overcorrected and ran off the left side of the roadway and struck an embankment.

Rushing was pronounced dead at the scene at 12:41 p.m. by Stoddard County Coroner Brent Stidham and transported to the Mathis Funeral Home.
