MOREHOUSE, Mo. — Billy Eugene Foust, age 75, passed away Oct. 19, 2023, at his home in Morehouse.

He was born Oct. 5, 1948, in St. Louis, Missouri, son of the late John Foust and Irene McPheters-Foust. He was a member of Morehouse Pentecostal Apostolic Church and a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in the 101st Airborne during the Vietnam War. He was a pastor from 1995-2010 in Eastern Kentucky and Western Kentucky and worked as a mechanic for Nimmo Transmission before retiring. He enjoyed fishing, tinkering with mechanical work, and he was a jokester.

He was married to Connie Patricia Little-Foust; she survives of the home.

Other survivors include: three sons, John William Aumann of Morehouse, Kevin Dwayne Foust of St. Louis, Missouri, and Ken Somogyi of Cottleville, Missouri; four daughters, Mary Ann Fields of St. Charles, Missouri, Michelle Dawn Prichard of Morehouse, Sherry Marie Konsewicz of St. Louis and Candace Cowley of Park Hills, Missouri; five grandchildren, Dustin Prichard, Stephanie Prichard, Brittany Prichard, Jacob Konsewicz, and Faith Nicole Aumann; and one great-grandson, Landon Thomas Prichard.

In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by one son, William Somogyi; one brother, Charles Faust; and one sister, Patricia Brower.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, Oct. 24 from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral services at noon at Ponder Funeral Home.

Interment services will follow at 2 p.m. at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery at Bloomfield, Missouri, with full military honors.
