Just a thought for all you modern people wanting electric automobiles. It takes 10 minutes to gas one up and 40 minutes to charge one up.

Why not keep it secret?

I see in today’s paper where the (Sikeston City) Council approves purchase of Shotspotter. Why do you tell the people you’re doing this, that you’re going to place these things? Shouldn’t it be kept secret and to hope something gets done? Thank you.
