Not a roundabout fan

I don’t know who came up with the idea of putting the roundabout on the Bertrand overpass, but that person is an absolute idiot. Bertrand is too small for one of those, and nighttime is terrible.

Puzzled by flag flying

I’d like to speak out about flying your flag at half-mast [sic]. I noticed a couple of weeks ago when Israel was attacked that the flag at the convention center in Miner was put at half-mast on behalf of recognizing Israel and the Americans that got killed in there and the Israelites. And I didn’t see any other flags flying over the city. I wonder why or who had the flag at half-mast during the invasion. Thank you.
