Amazed at Trump treatment

I am totally amazed that the greatest country in the world, the United States of America, has let Donald Trump lie, cheat and steal his way out of so many criminal acts. I am beginning to question if this is really the greatest country in the world.

Tax timeline needs improvement

On the City (of Sikeston) website: “If you have not received a tax statement by the middle of November, please contact the collector’s office at 573-471-2193.” I just spoke with the collector’s office in Sikeston and they are just now mailing out the City Tax Statements. Do they not realize our mail has to go to St. Louis to be sorted, there is a major holiday this week in which the post office will be closed and the increased volume of holiday mail is upon us? Yet, they want us to meet their deadline of Dec. 31. They were late mailing last year as well. This timeline needs to improve to give residents a chance to prepare for the bills that come in December.

He votes against the future of America every chance he gets and they can’t all together run the Congress of the United States. We need to get rid of him and his whole bunch.
