ARLINGTON, Ky. — Cynthia Nell Woodruff Moser, 78, died Feb. 7, 2024, at Baptist Health Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the funeral hour at 2:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 12 at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston, Missouri.

Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston.
