Scotty Gordon
MOREHOUSE, Mo. — Scotty Wayne Gordon, age 59, passed away on Feb. 22, 2024, at his home in Morehouse.
He was born on Oct. 18, 1964, in Sikeston, Missouri, to the late Riley and Leeoma Wells Gordon.
He is survived by two sons, Derek Gordon of Sikeston and Eric Gordon of Morehouse; two daughters, Shlanda (Deangelo) Maxwell of Sikeston and Lindsey Gordon of Morehouse; one brother, Donald “Duck” Gordon of Morehouse; five sisters, Patricia Carmack, Julie Lutes, Becky Gregory, Brenda Stinnett, Janice McQueen and Alice Conner; and five grandchildren, Gavin Parr, Kerra Parr, Conner Gordon, Allison Gordon and Reagan Gordon.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Dennis Gordon, Terry Gordon and George Orr; and his significant other, Kelly Akers.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2024, from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston with Scott Sutton, pastor of New Life Ministries in New Madrid, Missouri, officiating.
Interment will follow in New Morley Cemetery in Morley, Missouri.
