Fooling a fool

It doesn’t take much to fool a fool. If you were a brutal, murdering dictator who fixes his eletions so he can’t lose and is one of the most recognized enemies of the United States and you really want your puppet and partner in a quest to destroy the United States so you can remake the USSR and win an election to elect Trump, you would seek a gang of low-information followers who don’t worry about thought and facts but still get most of their information from the propaganda system led by FOX News who just paid $750 million to settle a lawsuit against them for knowingly lying to their listeners and also had to fire Tucker Carlson when they introduced the emails that supported the case against thenm. You could pretend to endorse your opponent as a tactic. Biden laughed. I laughed. Most of the people in the country laughed, but it really seems to work on some folks who aren’t smart enough to see this for the joke that it is. Evidently, some of the low-information folks have really bought into it. Yeah, endorse Putin. That’ll do it every time.

Immigration bill still needed

Months ago, House Republican Mike Johnson hollered and yelled on TV, that there will be no aid for Ukraine and Israel without an immigration bill. An excellent bipartisan bill was later written. If Republicans would vote to pass it, only the investigated and proven asylum seekers would be allowed to enter the USA. The rest would be immediately deported back to their country of origin. People seeking work here would immediately be deported back to their countries of origin. No one would get in for 10 years anymore. This bill also included other things, such as money for the military needs. Donald Trump told Republicans to reject the immigration bill (because he thinks he can get elected in November, and Trump wants full credit for making a new immigration bill.) Donald Trump does not care about U.S. border security nor about Israeli hostages being held by Hamas nor about Ukrainians trying to prevent Putin from taking everything they have, which even includes their children.
