One injured in crash in Sikeston

SIKESTON — Just after 1 p.m. Sunday, May 5 officers with Sikeston Department of Public Safety responded to a motor-vehicle accident involving a motorcycle on East Malone Avenue near Mitchell Street in Sikeston. Officers on scene advised the subject on the motorcycle suffered injuries and was taken to the hospital to be treated for their injuries, according to Sgt. Tyler Rowe, public information officer for Sikeston DPS. The motor-vehicle crash was investigated by officers on scene, he said.
