Geoffrey Scott Belk
KISSIMMEE, Fla. — Geoffrey Scott Belk, 57, son of James Andrew Belk and Carol Belk of East Prairie, Missouri, passed away on April 12, 2024, at home in Kissimmee.
Scott was born on Nov. 10, 1966, to James Belk and the late Lonna Belk. Scott lived in Mississippi County, Missouri, until he graduated from Kelly High School near Benton, Missouri. He then moved to Miami, Florida, where he worked in the travel industry for many years until he became disabled. Scott loved to travel and experience new places. Scott loved everything Disney related and he always had a smile for everyone.
He is survived by his father, James Belk, and wife, Carol Belk of East Prairie; and his brother, Shannon Belk of Dallas, Texas. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lonna Belk; and his brother, Steven Belk.
A memorial for family and friends will be held at 2 p.m. June 29, 2024, at the Powerhouse of God Church in East Prairie with a dinner to follow. The Rev. Jimmy Allen will officiate the services.
Scott will be missed as he was very lovable and lived life to the fullest. His face will shine forever in our thoughts and prayers for his family and friends.
