Sikeston High School graduation will be indoors Monday

SIKESTON — Due to the threat of incoming weather, Sikeston High School’s graduation ceremony for Monday, May 13 has been moved indoors to the Sikeston Fieldhouse, the district announced early Saturday, May 11.

Doors will open at 6 p.m. for graduation, and the ceremony will start at 7 p.m. Only individuals with a ticket will be able to enter the Fieldhouse. No outside food, drink, flowers or balloons will be allowed.

To allow equal access of seating for all of the graduates, each graduate will be allotted 10 tickets for their guests, the district said. Tickets will only be given directly to the graduates at the conclusion of their mandatory graduation practice.
