Disaster resource center will be open for tornado victims Sunday and Monday in Sikeston

SIKESTON — A Multi-Agency Resource Center, or MARC, will be open to provide disaster assistance for those impacted by the May 26 tornado from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, June 9 and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, June 10 at the YMCA of Southeast Missouri, 511 Taylor St., in Sikeston.

MARC is a central location for local and state agencies and human service organizations to answer questions and provide information and disaster-related assistance to those impacted by disasters.

Services available may include: insurance information, legal services, food stamp replacement services, health and wellness services, emergency financial assistance, gift cards and more.

Attendees should bring proof of address and picture ID. Meals will be provided.
