DOGWOOD, Mo. — Phillip Daniel Blackman, 71, died July 12, 2024, at his home near the Dogwood Community.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until service time at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, July 18 at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. George White of East Prairie will officiate.

Graveside services will in the Dogwood Cemetery.
