Noah Hodges decided a horse would be the perfect toy to purchase prior to the Soybean Festival's grand parade on Thursday . Noah's mother, Latasha Hodges, purchased the inflatable from Victoria Hamm, one of the volunteers assisting the Portageville Chamber of Commerce at the event.
