Dr. Kenneth Dobbins, president of Southeast Missouri State University, stopped in Sikeston Tuesday afternoon to officially open the Business Service Center at the University's Sikeston campus. The Center will provide one-on-one counseling and technical assistance for current small business owners. In addition, the Center will provide Operation Jump-Start entrepreneurship training for aspiring entrepreneurs. The center will be open one-day a week at the Sikeston campus and by appointment.
