Kid's Fishing Derby

Despite a cloudy start, the annual Kid's Fishing Derby, sponsored by the Sikeston Parks and Recreation Division, drew a large crowd of youngsters and their parents on Saturday at the Sports Complex. The fish were biting and, for the most part, the young anglers were kept busy hauling in their catch. Here, Ethan Carlyle hauls in a catfish.
