Mary Hannah Ivie, has received the prestigious 2013 Philanthropist of the Year award. This award is given to individuals who show outstanding work and contributions to the Springfield community, other fraternity and sorority's philanthropies, and their own chapters philanthropies.

Ivie served as Delta Zeta's Philanthropy Chair for 2013, where she helped organize events and raise money for Delta Zeta's two philanthropies as well as creating a new fund raising event for the sorority.

She has also served as Delta Zeta's historian, recruitment spirit leader, and on the alcohol awareness committee. She is also a member of St. Jude's Up 'Til Dawn Executive Board, Phi Sigma Upsilon, SGA Centennial Leader, Distinction in Public Affairs, and the Panhellenic Judicial Board.

Ivie is a 2011 graduate of Portageville High School and is currently a Senior at Missouri State University where she is majoring in Pre-Occupational Therapy . She is the daughter of Kim Ivie and Richie Ivie, and grandaughter of Kelly and Loretta Kellams and Richard and Shirley Ivie.
