Taking shape

An iron worker for Links, a steel construction company, unties a rope from a steel beam on Thursday afternoon following its placement in the new Board of Municipal Utilities building downtown. The interior structure of the building began taking shape this week and the construction project is expected to be completed in the summer of 2010.
