The sounds of Christmas

New Madrid residents filled the First United Methodist Church on the evening of Sunday, Dec. 8, for the Christmas cantata, “Holding on to Christmas.” The performance was under the direction of Jessica Hunter. From 6-8 p.m. Dec. 14 and 15 the church will host a drive-through Nativity.
