BERTRAND -- Della Rae Davenport Miller, 76, formerly of Charleston, died April 4, 2012, at the East Prairie Nursing Center.
Born July 21, 1935, in Harrisburg, Ill., to the late Samuel and Alline Grounds Chase, she had lived most of her life in Charleston.
On March 12, 1955, she married James Alexander Davenport, who preceded her in death on March 25, 1975. On Dec. 22, 1985, she married Paul Richard Miller who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: two sons, Johnny Ray Davenport of Charleston and James Todd Davenport of Nashville, Tenn.; one daughter, Tina Davenport Griggs of Nashville; one sister, Doris Jean Foster of Holly, Mich.; two stepsons, Ricky Miller of Mayo, Fla., and Rocky Miller of Charleston; two stepdaughters, Renee Garcia and Tina Skinner of Bertrand; and eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, nine stepgrandchildren and seven great-stepgrandchildren.
One stepson, Randy Thurman Miller, preceded her in death.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Friday at the McMikle Funeral Home. Graveside services and burial will follow at 11 a.m. the I.O.O.F. Cemetery. The Rev. Jim Hoyt of Poplar Bluff will officiate.
