SIKESTON -- Evon Howard Beasley, 47, died July 17, 2006, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
Born Oct. 18, 1958, in Hunterville, daughter of the late George and Florence Williams Howard, she was a 1978 graduate of Scott County Central High School. She was a member of Divine Second Chance Ministries, where she was a missionary.
On Dec. 26, 1990, she married Jerome Beasley who survives of Blytheville, Ark.
Other survivors include: two sons and one daughter-in-law, Michael and Leevoulia Coaker and Hosea Howard of Sikeston; one daughter, Felicia M. Howard of Sikeston; three brothers, James Howard Sr. of Chicago and David Howard and Sidney Howard of Sikeston; three sisters, Joyce Ann Lewis, Estelle Fox and Bessie Mae (Ulysess) Neal of Sikeston; and 11 grandchildren.
One brother, Alan Lewis Howard; and one sister, Mary Lee Howard, also preceded her in death.
Visitation is from noon Monday until time for services at 1 p.m. at Greer's Chapel Baptist Church in Sikeston. The Revs. Roy Bonner and Clay Willis will officiate.
Burial will follow in Sunset of Memories Cemetery at Sikeston.
