SIKESTON — Kenneth “Kenny” Bollinger, age 67, passed away on July 21, 2021, at his home in Sikeston.
He was born on March 8, 1954, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, to the late Roy and Christine Stowers Bollinger. He was the pastor at Blodgett Community Church in Blodgett, Missouri, until his recent illness.
He is survived by two daughters, Carrie (Joey) Mack of Benton, Missouri, and Jaime Bollinger of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, David Bollinger of Blodgett and Michael (Vickie Bollinger) of Lake St. Louis, Missouri; three sisters, Janet Dirnberger of Blodgett, Peggy (Larry) Francis of Smyrna, Tennessee, and Sandy (Larry) Ulmer of Dyersburg, Tennessee; two grandchildren, Ella Kate Mack and Laurel Ann Mack.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 23, 2021, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, where funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at 10 a.m. Brother Quintin Davis, pastor of Blodgett Community Church in Blodgett, officiating.
Burial will follow in Blodgett Cemetery in Blodgett.
Pallbearers will be: J.R. Bollinger, Jonathan Francis, Neil Francis, Tim Francis, Rick Dirnberger and Steve Holman.
