CHARLESTON, Mo. — Ruth Anne Easter Ivie, 78, died Dec. 31, 2024, at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Center at Mercy Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky.
A celebration of life is being planned for a later date.
McMikle Funeral Home of Charleston is in charge of arrangements.
