Sikeston man dies in auto accident

SIKESTON -- A Sikeston man was fatally injured in a two-vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon. The accident occurred around 4:16 p.m., at the intersection Route Y and Route BB, according to the Sikeston Department of Public Safety. Upon arrival, officers found vehicles involved near the intersection with severe impact damage. Officers then began checking the occupants for injuries and discovered Shannon Huntley, 53, was in serious condition...
