Jonathon Tyler picked up the win on the mound for Kelly (9-8). He pitched six innings and gave up two runs (one earned) on three hits. He had two strikeouts and walked one. Householder got the save in the final inning.
Blake Irions sustained the loss. He pitched six innings and allowed three unearned runs on five hits with one strikeout and one walk.
David Cook, Bryce Strawn and Thomas Young each had a hit to pace Caruthersville (19-4).

EAST PRAIRIE, Mo. -- Breven Yarbro reached base all of his three times at bat, including a double and two RBIs, as the Red Devils blanked the Eagles in the conference road victory.
Landon Tenkhoff was the winning pitcher and also doubled for Chaffee (13-4, 5-1 Scott-Mississippi Conference). He threw a no-hitter for 4 2/3 innings and had five strikeouts and five walked batters. Austin Copeland pitched the final 2 1/3 innings to get the save, giving up one hit while recording one strikeout and one walk.
Dalton Coots was the losing pitcher. He threw three innings and allowed four earned runs on six hits with five strikeouts and two walks.
Carson Aycock produced the lone hit for East Prairie (7-5, 1-3).

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. -- The Bearcats were only able to muster one run against the two-time defending Class 2 state champion and state-ranked Warriors in the opening-round loss of the 5th Annual Notre Dame Showcase.
Trevor McDonald took the loss on the mound for Dexter (5-13). He pitched three innings and gave up two earned runs on two hits. He had two strikeouts and walked two batters.
Chris Loida went the distance to get the win for Valle Catholic (18-1). He allowed one unearned run and recorded five strikeouts and three walks.
Garrett Jaegers had a double and three RBIs for the Warriors while Kaden Bauman added a double and two RBIs.

SCOTT CITY, Mo. -- Freshman Kaileigh Dirden had another big day on the field, blasting a grand slam and a triple and driving in seven runs to lead the Rams to the four-inning conference victory over the visiting Eagles.
Dirden was also the winning pitcher for Scott City (13-2, 3-0 Scott-Mississippi Conference). She threw a complete game and recorded 10 strikeouts and no walked batters.
Grace Sutton took the loss in the circle. She also pitched a complete game and gave up 15 earned runs with no strikeouts and five walks.
Sutton, Adalyn Byassee and Jocee Dunn each had a hit for East Prairie (8-3, 2-2).

Madyson McDermott went the distance in the circle to take the loss for Charleston (3-11). She allowed four earned runs while striking out nine and walking one batter.
Jordan Ludwick was the winning pitcher for Caruthersville (6-8). She also threw a complete game and gave up one earned run. She recorded 11 strikeouts and walked two batters.
Ludwick also had a triple and drove in three runs for the Tigers.

Marissa Jones netted two goals to lead the Hawks to victory over the Tigers in the opening round of the Notre Dame Showcase.
Lynsey Powers added one goal and one assist for Kelly (9-7) while Emmy Bolen contributed two assists.
Goalkeeper Tori Duenne had eight saves in the shutout.
The Hawks will face the host Bulldogs at 9 a.m. today followed by St. Vincent at 1:15 p.m.
