CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Larry Riley Johnson, 59, died April 30, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

Born June 14, 1944, at Canalou, son of the late James Riley and Alice M. West Johnson, he worked at Fleming Co., formerly Malone and Hyde, in Sikeston for 30 years and then worked at Rubbermaid in Jackson for five years. He was a member of the Cape First Church.

On Nov. 14, 1964, in Canalou, he married Rose Marie Campbell who preceded him in death on May 26, 1997. He then married Judy G. Weibrecht on Sept. 19, 1998, in Cape Girardeau, and she survives of the home in Cape Girardeau.

In addition to his wife, survivors include: two daughters and sons-in-law, Rhonda and Mark Kneezle of Cartersville, Ga., and Laura and David Worley of Sikeston; one stepson and stepdaugther-in-law, Jeffrey and Rose Mary Weibrecht of Perryville; one brother, Randy Johnson of Canalou; one sister, Shirley Malloy of Essex; and nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Two brothers also preceded him in death.

Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau, where services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday. The Rev. Gary Brothers will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery at Sikeston.
