Householder - James

BLODGETT -- Sue Householder and Terry "TK" James were married in a 2 p.m. ceremony May 15, 2004, at the Blodgett Baptist Church. The Rev. Donnie Ford performed the ceremony.

The bride is the mother of two children from a previous marriage, Mark Householder and Tammy Barnett. She also has five grandchildren.

Her husband has two children from a previous marriage, Timothy James and Teresa McGill James; and three grandchildren.

Musician June Benson performed special songs selected by the couple for the ceremony.

Escorted by her son, Mark Householder, the bride wore a full-length gown accented by beading.

Linda Burns attended her sister as matron of honor. She wore a white and lavender dress.

Best man was Jerry James, brother of the bridegroom. He and the bridegroom wore brown and gray suits.

Flowers for the ceremony included white and lavender roses. Amanda Thrumas attended the guest book.

A reception followed at the church with Vaughn's Bar-B-Que catering the event. Judy Fodge was the photographer, and Colleen Frailey supplied the wedding cake as well as decorated for the wedding and reception.

They couple traveled to Memphis, Tenn., for their honeymoon at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel.

James, founder of Bilt-Rite Trailers Inc., is retired and the bride is retired from Burch Foods Inc.

Mr. and Mrs. James are making their home in Sikeston.
