SIKESTON - Terry and Sadonna Lewis are the parents of their third child, second son, born at 4:24 p.m. Oct. 14, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. Samuel Allen Lewis weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 18 1/4-inches long.

Mrs. Lewis is the daughter of James Smart and Debbie Smart.

Lewis is the son of Cathy Stroder and Charles Lewis.

Mr. and Mrs. Lewis are self-employed body shop owners.

SIKESTON - Shawn Austin and Christy Michelle Byrd are the parents of their second child, first daughter, born at 7:23 a.m. Oct. 12, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Lindsay Graison Byrd weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces and was 19 1/2-inches long.

The former Christy Lizenbee, Mrs. Byrd is the daughter of Carolyn Seay of Sikeston and the late John Lizenbee. She is owner of Attitudes Styling Salon.

Byrd, son of John and Peggi Byrd of Sikeston, operates the family farm.

ESSEX - Jason and Christi Josupait are the parents of their first child, a son, born at 11:54 a.m. Oct. 13, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. Logan Ivy Josupait weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and was 19 3/4-inches long.

Mrs. Josupait, daughter of Tom and Kay Stafford, is a restaurant manager.

Josupait, son of Teresa Ivy, is employed by Arvin Meritor.

BENTON - Richard J. and Lisa A. Scherer are the parents of their fourth son, born at 4:55 p.m. Oct. 13, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Jude Charles Scherer weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces and was 21 1/2-inches long.

The former Lisa LeGrand, Mrs. Scherer is the daughter of Calvin LeGrand and Mr. and Mrs. Eddie McConnell of Oran.

Scherer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Scherer of Benton, is a self-employed newspaper deliverer.

SIKESTON - Debora Mays is the mother of her second child, first son, born at 11:37 a.m. Oct. 13, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. Gabriel Andrew Mays weighed 8 pounds, 10 ounces and was 20-inches long.

Mays, daughter of Margaret Mays, is employed by Pyramid Tri-County.

SIKESTON - Erica N. Jordan is the mother of her first child, a son, born at 4:14 p.m. Oct. 13, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. Dayton Cole Jordan weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces and was 18 3/4-inches long.

Grandparents are Vicky J. Jordan and Donnie T. Jordan.

CANALOU - Matt and Amanda Lewis are the parents of their second daughter, born at 6:16 p.m. Oct. 14, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. Hannah Grace Ellen Lewis weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces and was 18-inches long.

Mrs. Lewis, daughter of Jim and Theresa Calvin of Sikeston, is an in-home aide for Tri-County.

Lewis, son of Sandra Lewis Hurley of Canalou and Walter Lewis Sr. of Sikeston, is a lineman for Tyson Foods Inc.

CHARLESTON - Sherrie Howard and Ronny Cortez Williams are the parents of their second child, first son, born at 1:56 p.m. Oct. 14, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. Ronny Cortez Williams weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and was 19 1/4-inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Susan Howard and Lee Roy Williams.

Paternal grandparents are Deloris Bostic and Ronny Bostic.
