Jeremy Merritt

BERNIE - Jeremy Bunside Merritt, 28, died Dec. 7, 2003, at Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter.

Born Feb. 25, 1975, in Washington, D.C., he was the son of Frank B. and Linda Fay Palmer Merritt of Bernie.

Other survivors include: one daughter, Savannah Paige Merritt of Bernie; one brother, Robert Dean Merritt of Beckley, W.Va.; one sister, Joyce Ann Weaver of Springfield, Va.; his maternal grandmother, Ann Palmer of Bernie; and his paternal grandmother, Jean Merritt of Mims, Fla.

Graveside services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Bernie Cemetery with the Rev. Ron Dunavin officiating.

Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home of Bernie is in charge of arrangements.
