KEWANEE -- Ale Lee Stinson, 56, died Dec. 27, 2003, at his home in Kewanee.

Born Nov. 7, 1947, in Catron, son of the late George and Audrey Jackson Stinson, he attended the First United Pentecostal Church in Lilbourn and was a foreman for the New Madrid County Highway Department.

On Oct. 24, 1996, at Parma, he married Mary Palmer who survives of the home.

In addition to his wife, survivors include: one daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and David Malone of Kewanee; one brother, Richard Stinson of LaValle; four sisters and three brothers-in-law, Reta and Roy Taylor of Diehlstadt, Carol and Doyle Bradum of Dixon, Violet Woods of Farrenburg and Kay and Willie Harris of Wyatt; two grandchildren, Hannah Malone and Nicholas Malone of Kewanee, and many special friends.

She was preceded in death by one niece, Amanda Harris, and one nephew, Kevin Woods.

Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. today at Ponder Funeral Home in Lilbourn where services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Larry Underwood, pastor of Corinth Church, officiating.

Burial will follow in the McGee New Hope Cemetery at McGee.
