SIKESTON - Iva Pearl Latham, 92, died at 2:10 a.m. Feb. 21, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
Born April 22, 1911, in Blodgett, daughter of the late Jack and Elizabeth Harris Welch, she was a member of the Illinois Avenue Baptist Church in Sikeston and worked as a cleaning lady for businesses in Sikeston.
On Feb. 17, 1931, in Morehouse, she married Marvin Latham who preceded her in death on Sept. 20, 1980.
She was also preceded in death by one son, one daughter, two brothers, one sister, one grandchild and one great-great-grandchild.
Survivors include: two daughters, Lois Ross of Sikeston and June Brown of Catron; eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel where services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday with the Rev. Jim Brown of Sikeston and the Rev. Larry Rouse of Scott City officiating.
Burial will follow in the Essex Cemetery at Essex.
